3) ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the services for lawful purposes only. Providing accurate registration details and keeping credentials confidential is your responsibility.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspicious activity, or security risks, with or without notice, to protect our platform and users.
4) SUPPORTED DEVICES & ACCESS METHOD
Our tools are intended for desktop or laptop use through our membership dashboard, cloud instances, and Chrome extensions. Direct credentials (email/password of third-party tools) are not provided.
If you need native mobile access, our service may not fit your use case. Please review tool-specific notes before purchasing.
5) SINGLE-USER POLICY & SHARING RESTRICTIONS
Each membership is for one natural person only. Team-use, agency-wide distribution, or account sharing (friends/family/third parties) is prohibited.
Access is limited to max two devices/IPs per membership; concurrent logins are restricted to one active session. Abuse leads to immediate ban without refund.
6) ACCOUNT USAGE LIMITS & FAIR USE
We monitor usage to protect service integrity. Activities like multi-accounting for one user, credential resale, excessive API calls, automated scraping, or coupon abuse are forbidden.
Violations may trigger suspension or permanent ban. Refunds are not issued for accounts penalized for policy breaches.
7) INTENDED USERS (FREELANCERS/SMBs)
The service is tailored for freelancers, solo marketers, entrepreneurs, and small teams with light-to-moderate workloads. Heavy/enterprise workloads are not allowed on shared seats.
If you require dedicated throughput or constant high-volume usage, please buy directly from the tool vendor.
8) PACKAGES, PRICING & CHANGES
We offer single-tool and combo plans for a fixed term as described on site. Post-purchase plan replacement or mid-cycle package swaps are not supported.
We may revise prices, features, inclusions, or promos at any time. Active cycles continue until expiry; renewals follow the then-current pricing.
9) BILLING, PAYMENT & RENEWAL
For Bangladesh we accept bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Bank; for international, Wise/Payoneer/Skrill/PayPal (as available). Orders are verified manually and typically processed in 5–60 minutes when online (up to 8 hours when offline).
There is no auto-renewal. You can renew/upgrade from the dashboard or by contacting support before expiry.
10) MEMBER DASHBOARD, EXTENSIONS & REMOTE HELP
Tool access is provided via dashboard + extensions/cloud workspace with guides and videos. We may assist via Google Meet, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer, when needed.
You authorize us to provide such remote assistance solely for service enablement. Always mask unrelated private data before sessions.
11) TOOL LIMITS, AVAILABILITY & UPTIME
Shared seats can face temporary caps or logouts imposed by vendors. While we target high availability (some tools ~99%, others ~90%), occasional downtime may occur.
Report issues over Live Chat; we’ll attempt quick restoration or provide a like-for-like alternative where feasible.
12) SUBSCRIPTION & REFUND POLICY (SUMMARY)
We follow a 3-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases, subject to Refund Policy details. Partial refunds may apply for outages exceeding 72 hours on single-tool subscriptions.
No refunds for trial/bonus items, sub-$1 transactions, downloadable licenses, or package plans if 1–2 tools are down. Policy abuse, sharing, or ToS breaches void refund eligibility.
13) ACCEPTABLE USE & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Do not attempt to bypass vendor limits, reverse engineer extensions, inject malicious code, or conduct unlawful/unauthorized data collection.
Spamming, harassment, IP infringement, or any action harming platform stability or third-party providers is strictly prohibited.
14) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

21) GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
